I suppose this is when I give you my conclusion, what I learned, right? My conclusion is, hate is baggage. It’s not worth it to be pissed off constantly, life’s too short. Derek says there is always someone else who said it best already, and if you can’t beat it, then steal it. So, here’s one I thought worked. “We are not enemies, but friends. We must not be enemies, though passion may have strained, it must not break the bonds of affection. The mystic chords of memory swell when touched again, as the surely will, by the better angels of our nature.”
